Give me a stick long enough,
ReplyDeleteand I can check the level
of all the oil that we have left
beneath the earth's rough shell.
With that stick I'll test the resolve
of our noble allies,
and the truth that resides in the terms
that rest behind their eyes.
I can probe the strength of their military,
and if they seem to want,
I can turn that stick upon them all
and kill them one by one.
